I sent in a bug report to CCP regarding my client's EveFile.exe crashing anything I try to get into the game and I got a response the next day so obviously, it's clear where their priorities lie as there's definetly a lot of other bugs and issues ...

7. Can't eneter EVE - in Windows [original thread]
I'm having the exact same problem with the Eve exe file crashing after loading bulk data since doing this Trinity Update. The boot.ini file is still there so that's not related and I did do that premium download but it was around 2am EST (GMT -5)...

8. Boot.ini problems - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I just downloaded the premium patch and now when the game attempts to load the station upon login, before it can begin, the game crashes. Yes, I've already checked and my boot.ini was never deleted so I'm not sure what the issue is here.
